HINDU SWASTIKA
Swastika, the symbol of safety and happiness if we describe the position of God as the guard of all directions of the world it will shape the symbol of Swastika. The symbol of SWASTIKA is the symbol of safety and peace, happiness and blessing in Hinduism. The word Hindu means holy, clean, peaceful, namely ,the peace to base on SATYAM - SIWAM - SUNDARMAN.
The existence of the Gods that reside in all the directions of the world to guard the safety and the peace forms the purpose in this world and eternal life in the world hereafter . The residences of the Gods are only the imagination of Man's aspirations; man always wants to be under the proto.
The word SWASTIKA means and consists of the word " su " which means goodness, nobility, well etc.
"ASTI" which means being ( to be ) " KA " is suffix ton make a noun.
So the word SWASTIKA contains understanding and hope,in order taht man is always in the condition of safety and peace physically and mentally due to the blessing of God. When we describe the residence of the God who guard all the corners of the wind it shapes the design of Swastika as following.
The symbol SWASTIKA rotates accordingly to the course of the clock, namely from left and right. This rotation is not determined just like the above but with a certain purpose and basis namely, for discribing the strength of life, and perpetuaates the relationship among fellow man; just watch the man who is tightening a nut of wheel and for tightening it,it is rotated from left to right. This rotation also mean that is establishing society and in achieving the prosperous and happy society,we have to begin to establish innate strength), after which is promoted to swakarya ( self - help ),and furthermore to achieving swasembada ( self - supporting ). It can be also compared with the medical theory that one must take care of this health both physically and spiritually. Hinduism is indeed full with symbolism,as has been mentioned, was caused by this pushing of s desire to close in with God forever after. Therefore, man describe that God ,in this position to guard all the corners of the world, resides in the mountains. But it doesn't mean that Hindhus worship many Gods. It is only His position and His poweras has been mentioned
